FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about the Changeloger Roadmap.

Is the Roadmap included in the Free plugin?

The Free plugin shows a preview of the roadmap so you can see what's available. The full Roadmap feature — voting, drag-and-drop admin, multi-product, analytics, and more — is part of Changeloger Pro.

Can I customize the columns and stages?

Yes — completely. Add, rename, recolor, reorder, or remove any stage right from the board. Your stages are shared with the feedback system, so an idea's status stays consistent everywhere.

How does voting work for guest visitors?

When a logged-out visitor votes, a friendly login/registration popup appears with Google login and email signup supported. You can also hide vote counts entirely if you'd rather not show them publicly.

Can I promote feedback items to the roadmap?

Absolutely. Any feedback item becomes a roadmap card simply by setting its stage (Planned, In Progress, etc.). You can also add roadmap-only items manually for planned work that never started as public feedback.

Can I run separate roadmaps for multiple products?

Yes. Product tabs in the admin and a product setting on the board, shortcode, and embed let a single site host separate, focused roadmaps for every product you offer.

Can I import or export my roadmap?

Yes — export your roadmap as CSV or Markdown, and import from either format with a friendly mapping step. It's smart about recognizing common column names automatically.
